The quest begins as An Post prepares for this year’s Direct Marketing Awards which will be held in the Mansion House on Thursday, 5th May 2011.
If you believe your campaign is what legends are made of, and you are prepared to battle your way to the final, then ensure you submit your entry by 5 p.m., 8th April 2011. Will the judges speak of all you have conquered in terms of leadership, innovation, vision and determination?
Four new categories have been added this year in the hope of immortalising campaigns that have successfully managed to create awareness through both online and direct mail. The new categories are:
- Best Direct Mail and Digital Mobile/Technology Campaign
- Best Campaign Website
- Best Small Business Award
- Best Copy Writing
In times where every cent counts, a growing share of marketing budgets is shifting to measurable media, with 45% of Irish marketers agreeing that Direct Mail is more measurable than any other marketing channel and 31% of Irish marketers planning to increase their Direct Mail spend in the next 12 months (Amárach Business Wave 4 August 2010).
