An Post were delighted to present the star player in Customer Relationship Marketing, Geoff Wilson. Geoff talked about how the IFA uses their CRM programme to run integrated campaigns and to ensure that there is a single view of the customer.

Geoff Wilson shared his story on how the IFA tackled data

They started off from very small beginnings and with a shoe box of entry forms and one PC and now they are benchmarked throughout UEFA.

Geoff most certainly brought a huge level of energy to the Guinness Store House on Wednesday the 10th of June when close to a hundred marketers turned up to hear about database management and CRM.
