The Business Reply service enables you to supply your customers with approved pre-printed and prepaid envelopes, cards or labels which they can then use to post back their responses, free of charge, during a promotional mailshot or advertising campaign. Business Response
The Business Response services are Business Reply and Freepost both enable you to supply your customers with approved pre-printed and prepaid envelopes, cards or labels which they can then use to post back their responses, free of charge, during a promotional mailshot or advertising campaign. The Business Reply service requires that you supply the envelope, card or label. With the Freepost service you need only supply your Freepost address allowing you to encourage responses from a press ad.

A Ceadúnas is a mailing licence which enables you send mail without the use of stamps or a meter mark. Customers must apply for a Ceadúnas before use and must print the Ceadúnas according to established guidelines.
Certificate of Tax Clearance (IT8)
A Certificate of Tax Clearance is a written confirmation from Revenue that a person's tax affairs are in order at the date of issue of the certificate.
Compensation cover varies depending on the destination country. You can find country specific information in the An Post Guide to Postal Services. The following limits of inclusive compensation cover apply to items sent within the Republic of Ireland:

When sending goods abroad a completed customs declaration is required. An Post provide two customs forms the CP72 for parcels or items with a value in excess of €300. For all other items use the CN22.

Licence fee is based on an annual fee from January to December or from date of initial usage until the end of December, for example take the licence out in April and the licence fee is for 9 months. Publicity Post
Publicity Post is a cost-effective delivery service for unaddressed leaflets. Items sent by Publicity Post are delivered with ordinary mail. Specific zones in Ireland can be targeted.

A TV reference number is a unique number assigned to each TV licence. The number links to a database record which details the name and address associated with the licence.
