A Creative Thank you

Teachers and pupils from St. Andrew’s National School, Curragha, county Meath recently visited us for a tour of the GPO Museum and to learn a bit about the place where the 1916 Rising began. I must say I was delighted with the thank-you card they sent me – a wonderful creation made out of pictures of stamps from all over the world with a photograph of our own GPO in the centre! This was a very imaginative and creative idea and a clever way to show the great range, colour and diversity of stamp collecting as a hobby.
