The Ready Steady Cycle six week training programme has been developed to help cyclists of all abilities to get in gear and take part in one or more of the five An Post Cycle Series events taking place this year.
It is packed with practical advice and tips to help you get ready to take part. Training is based on two distance ranges: 40 - 60km and 80 - 100km.
