Visit the Wild Flowers of Ireland Exhibition in the National Botanic Gardens from Thursday 10 May to Sunday 10 June 2012.

This is an exhibition of the original artwork for the Wild Flowers of Ireland Definitive Stamp Series commissioned by An Post.

These now familiar, beautiful stamps were painted by award winning botanical artist Susan Sex.

Susan has a long association with the National Botanic Gardens and many of her paintings are housed in the art collections of the Gardens. Her special area of interest has been the native orchids of Ireland.

Entry to the exhibition is free of charge.

The exhibition will be held daily in the Gallery Space, Education and Visitor Centre, National Botanic Gardens, Dublin.
