Looking back at some St Patrick's Day Cards
For a number of years commencing in 1984 An Post issued post cards to mark St. Patrick's Day.
The cards came in a wide variety of designs and were issued in prepaid post card and in an open out greeting card format.
The last series of cards was issued in 2006. Some typical examples of the cards are shown below:
