'We supply merchandise to our customer's based throughout the ROI, and all of our deliveries are made using the An Post delivery network.
Last year we conclude a contract with An Post, which was designed to improve the deliveries to our customers, the outcome of this agreement was that we were able to reduce the average delivery time from the date the order was taken to receipt by our customer from 10-14 working days down to 6-7 working days. We also utilise the services of An Post to consolidate all of our customer returns into their mail centre, which are then returned to our central dept in Manchester.
