Online Retailers using An Post parcel delivery services can give their customers the option of collecting purchases from a Post Office.
Step by Step
- eRetailer signs up to Click & Collect.
- eRetailer integrates Click & Collect application into their shopping cart.
- Post Office locations are made available on eRetailers website.
- The eRetailer customer can then select which Post Office is most convenient to them.
- The item is delivered to that Post Office and a notification sent to the shopper that the item is ready for collection.
