What you can do if you're not happy with how your complaint was resolved

An Post Customer Advocate


If your complaint isn’t resolved to your satisfaction, or if you find it difficult to understand the way in which it was resolved, you may ask to have it reviewed by An Post’s Customer Advocate.

The Customer Advocate provides free, independent reviews of complaints to help achieve impartial solutions. Send details of your enquiry free of charge to:
