Online Missing, delayed or damaged enquiry form (M58)

If you have experienced a problem with a missing, delayed or damaged mail piece you can now fill in the details using our secure Online Mails Enquiry Form.

If your item was sent using a bar-coded service you may be able to check it status using our track your item service.

What information do I need?

You will require the full name and address details for both yourself (the sender) and the person you sent the item to.

You will also need the detail on
  • How much postage was paid
  • The address of where you posted your item from (for example Blanchardstown Post Office)
  • The barcode number where appropriate
  • The value of contents declared at the time of posting

You can also pick up a copy of the mails enquiry form at your local Post Office or Delivery Office and return it to
