Bloom Terms & Conditions


By participating in the Bloom Promotion you agree to the terms and conditions below.

A. In these terms and conditions:
“An Post” means An Post having its registered office at GPO, O’Connell Street, Dublin 1;

“Bloom” means the garden event which takes place in the Phoenix Park, Dublin between
3rd June and 7th June 2010;

“Bloom Organisers” means Expo Events Limited registered office Unit 17, The Courtyard,
Sandyford Business Park, Sandyford, Dublin 18, acting as agents for Bord Bia, Clanwilliam
Court, Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2;

“Marketing Partners” means Marketing Partners (Ireland) Limited whose registered office is
at 18 Church Road, Ballybrack, County Dublin.

B. The Bloom promotion is an An Post customer reward promotion operated by Marketing
Partners (Ireland) Limited whose registered office is at 18 Church Road, Ballybrack, County
Dublin.

C. To be eligible to participate in the Bloom promotion, An Post customers must pay two bills at the same time, through An Post’s BillPay service between the 19th April and the 17th May 2010 (inclusive) at participating Post Offices. Bills paid cannot be for the same service provider. Details of participating Post Offices are available from An Post’s website at www.anpost.ie/bloom

D. If you are eligible you will be presented with a voucher (“Voucher”) entitling you to avail of two tickets for entry to Bloom (Tickets) for the price of one. This Voucher may only be used to obtain two Tickets for the price of one offer. The Voucher cannot be sold and no cash alternative for the Voucher will be offered. This Voucher may be used once only between
19th April 2010 and the 24th May 2010. The Voucher’s validity expires after close of business on the 24th May 2010. Vouchers are subject to availability.

E. To avail of the Voucher offer you must book your Tickets on www.bloominthepark.com or by calling 0818 300 260 before close of business on the 24th May 2010. Tickets can be collected at the box office on the day or printed for presentation at the gate.

F. The applicable ticket fee will be charged to your card. Visa or Mastercard are accepted for payment of tickets on the bloom ticketing system.

G. Participating An Post Post Offices are listed at www.anpost.ie/bloom

H. Neither An Post or the Bloom Organisers is liable for the replacement of any lost, damaged or stolen Vouchers.

I. Due to site restrictions and crowd control issues, this promotion is subject to limited availability. An Post customers in possession of a Voucher should book as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment. In the event that no Vouchers are available or all twofor- one tickets have been sold, neither Marketing Partners nor An Post, nor the Bloom Organisers is liable or responsible for any and all loss, damage, expense or disappointment suffered by An Post customers due to such non-availability.

J. Your attendance at Bloom is governed by your contract with the Bloom organisers and any applicable rules or regulations. An Post and/or Marketing Partners have no responsibility for any, delays, cancellations, or otherwise in connection with your attendance at the event.

K. Limitation on An Post’s Liability
By participating in the promotion you acknowledge that the contract for this promotion is between you and Marketing Partners Limited only and that An Post has no liability to you for loss, damage or expense suffered by you due to oversights or delays or failures in the provision of the promotion or breach of contract or negligence in relation to the promotion.

L. Limitation on Marketing Partners’ Liability
By participating in the promotion you agree that Marketing Partners accept no responsibility for loss, damage or disappointment suffered by you due to oversights or delays in processing payment or service issues for which they have no direct responsibility.
In the unlikely event that you encounter any service issues please inform the Bloom Organisers at +353 (0)1 2958181, so that every opportunity is given to rectify any issues.

M. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
