Bloom, Ireland’s largest gardening, food and family event, takes place in the Phoenix Park, Dublin during the June bank holiday weekend for five days (Thursday 2nd - Monday 6th June 2011).
Last year’s Bloom Festival was a resounding success with

From the 1st - 27th May 2011 An Post is offering you the chance to avail of two tickets for the price of one with an An Post Bloom Voucher.
HOW TO AVAIL OF THIS OFFER
To get your two for the price of one voucher* simply
- Pay two bills** using the An Post BillPay service.

- Conduct any postfone transaction (top up, sim purchase, handset purchase)
between the 1st - 27th May 2011;

BOOKING DETAILS
You can only use your An Post Bloom Voucher to book tickets in advance. Entry cannot be gained to Bloom 2011 on site with only the voucher. Your voucher is valid until 11:59pm on the 27th May 2011.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By participating in the Bloom Promotion you agree to the terms and conditions below.
A. In these terms and conditions:
“An Post” means An Post having its registered office at GPO, O’Connell Street, Dublin 1;
“Bloom” means the garden event which takes place in the Phoenix Park, Dublin between 2nd June and 6th June 2011.
“Bloom Organisers” means Expo Events Limited registered office 8/9 Sandyford Office Park,
Sandyford, Dublin 18, acting as agents for Bord Bia, Clanwilliam Court, Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2.
“Marketing Partners” means Marketing Partners (Ireland) Limited whose registered office is at 18 Church Road, Ballybrack, County Dublin;
B. The Bloom promotion is an An Post customer reward promotion operated by Marketing Partners (Ireland) Limited whose registered office is at 18 Church Road, Ballybrack, County Dublin.
C. To be eligible to participate in the Bloom promotion, An Post customers must pay two bills at the same time, through An Post’s BillPay service between the 1st May and the 27th May 2011 (inclusive) at participating Post Offices. Bills paid cannot be for the same service provider. This promotion is also open to any postfone customer who conducts a postfone transaction during the promotional period. A postfone transaction is defined as credit top up, sim card purchase or handset purchase.
D. If you are eligible you will be presented with a voucher (“Voucher”) entitling you to avail of two tickets for entry to Bloom for the price of one. This Voucher may only be used to obtain the two tickets for the price of one offer. The offer is limited to the adult and senior/student tickets details of which are set out in paragraph F below. The Voucher can only be used to obtain two tickets of the same price and type. The Voucher cannot be used to obtain any combination of two or more tickets of different prices or types. The Voucher cannot be sold and no cash alternative for the Voucher will be offered. This Voucher may be used once only between the 1st May 2011 and the 27th May 2011. The Voucher’s validity expires after 11.59pm on the 27th May 2011. Vouchers are subject to availability.
E. To avail of the Voucher offer you must book your tickets on www.bloominthepark.com or http://www.ticketmaster.ie/bloomanpost or by calling 0818 719309 before 11:59pm on the 27th May 2011. Tickets can be posted to the customers address, collected at the box office on the day or electronic tickets can be printed at home for presentation at the gate. Vouchers may not be used to gain entry at the gate during the festival dates, ticket holders only.
F. The applicable ticket fee will be charged to your card. Visa / Mastercard / Laser are accepted for payment of tickets on the bloom ticketing system.
Ticket prices are as follows:
• €15 for two adult tickets (Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon)
• €10 for two senior/student tickets (Thurs/Fri)
• €13 for two senior/student tickets (Sat/Sun/Mon)

H. Neither An Post, Marketing Partners or the Bloom Organisers’ are liable for the replacement of any lost, damaged or stolen Vouchers.
I. Due to site restrictions and crowd control issues, this promotion is subject to limited availability. An Post customers in possession of a Voucher should book as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment. In the event that no Vouchers are available or all two-for-one tickets have been sold, neither Marketing Partners nor An Post, nor the Bloom Organisers are liable or responsible for any and all loss, damage, expense or disappointment suffered by An Post customers due to such non-availability.
J. Your attendance at Bloom is governed by your contract with the Bloom Organisers and any applicable rules or regulations apply. An Post and/or Marketing Partners have no responsibility for any, delays, cancellations, or otherwise in connection with your attendance at the event.
K. Limitation on An Post’s Liability
By participating in the promotion you acknowledge that the contract for this promotion is between you and Marketing Partners Limited only and that An Post has no liability to you for loss, damage or expense suffered by you due to oversights or delays or failures in the provision of the promotion or breach of contract or negligence in relation to the promotion.
L. Limitation on Marketing Partners’ Liability
By participating in the promotion you agree that Marketing Partners accept no responsibility for loss, damage or disappointment suffered by you due to oversights or delays in processing payment or service issues for which they have no direct responsibility. M. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
