Change of Address

Are you moving to a new address? Please let us know so you can continue to receive correspondence relating to your savings and investments. 

How do I change my address?

To change your address, please complete the relevant form:

Customer Administration
Savings & Investment Services
An Post
3D
GPO
Dublin 1

What proof of address documentation do I need to supply?

Proof of your new address must accompany all change of address notifications.  Your new address must be verified by forwarding one of the following original documents with the completed form to the above address:

  • Utility bill
  • Bank statement
  • Tax Credit Certificate (TCC) or DSFA pension/benefit book
  • Household/Motor Insurance documentation
  • Balancing statement or C2 Tax Certificate issued by the Revenue Commissioners

Please note that any original documentation supplied will be returned to you.

Who can witness my signature?

In order to change your address, your signature on the change of address form must be witnessed in the presence of an independent witness if:

  • The original investment document is lost/mislaid and the current value of the investment exceeds €1,000.
  • The account holder was under seven years when the account was opened and has now reached seven years of age.

The following people can witness your signature:

  • An Post Postmaster/Clerk
  • Solicitor/Commissioner for Oaths
  • Gárda Síochána
  • Clergyman
  • Doctor
