Terms & Conditions of An Post One4all Gift Cards and Free Screenclick Movie Rentals Promotion
By participating in this promotion you, the customer of An Post’s One4all Gift Cards, agree to the terms and conditions below.
A. In these terms and conditions:
“Marketing Partners” means Marketing Partners (Ireland) Limited whose registered office is at 18 Church Road, Ballybrack, County Dublin;
“Screenclick” means DVDrentals.ie Ltd trading as Screenclick.com whose registered office is at Blue Lake House, Brookfield Terrace, Blackrock, County Dublin;
“Movies By Mail” means the DVD rental service offered by Screenclick on www.anpost.ie/movies;
“One4all” means a gift card issued by The Gift Voucher Shop whose registered office is at GPO, O'Connell Street, Dublin 1.
“Subscription” means the use of Movies by Mail for a six week period during which up to 8 DVDs can be borrowed free of charge, one at a time.
B. The Free DVD Rentals Promotion is an An Post customer reward promotion operated by Marketing Partners.
C. To be eligible to participate in the free movie rentals promotion, you must buy a One4all Gift Card or Voucher with a minimum value of €15 (fifteen euro) in one transaction between 1st June 2012 and 30th June 2012 (inclusive) at participating An Post Post Offices. For a full list of participating offices see www.anpost.ie/dvds.
D. If you are eligible and request one you will be presented with a voucher (“Voucher”) entitling you to sign up to Movies By Mail service and to avail of a Subscription, under which you can borrow 8 (eight) DVDs one at a time from those available through the Movies By Mail service for free. You must use the Voucher before the 18th July 2012. You have 6 (six) weeks to avail of the 8 DVDs once you commence your Subscription. This Voucher is non-transferable, cannot be sold and no cash alternative for the Voucher will be offered.
E. Subscription to Movies By Mail service:
1. To apply to avail of the Subscription you must enter the code appearing on the face of the Voucher when registering at www.anpost.ie/dvds.
2. The terms and conditions governing Movies By Mail are available at www.anpost.ie/movies and apply to the Subscription.
3. The code on the Voucher is only valid until 18th July 2011.
4. Only one Subscription is available per user and/or household. Customers who have availed of previous Movies By Mail / Screenclick promotions are eligible to participate in this promotion.
5. To avail of the promotion you must have a valid credit or debit card and agree to provide your credit card or debit card details. You must agree to supply Screenclick with your personal details, including your name, postal address, email address and contact number for subscription.
6. Prior to the end of the Subscription you will be notified by Screenclick that if you do not wish to continue to avail of the Movies by Mail Service you must notify Screenclick in the manner set out on www.anpost.ie/movies. if you do not return all DVDs to Screenclick and notify Screenclick of your intention to cancel the subscription you will be deemed to have accepted to pay subscription charges for Movies by Mail on the basis of standard bronze membership.
7. Screenclick subscription standard terms and conditions, available at www.screenclick.com apply in addition to the special terms and conditions of this promotion.
F. Limitation on An Post’s liability
By participating in the promotion you acknowledge that the contract for the Subscription is between you and Screenclick only and that An Post has no liability to you for loss, damage or expense suffered by you due to oversights or delays or failures in the Movies By Mail service or breach of contract or negligence in relation to the Movies By Mail service.
G. Limitation on Marketing Partners’ liability
By participating in the promotion you agree that Marketing Partners accept no responsibility for loss, damage or disappointment suffered by you due to oversights or delays in processing payment or service issues for which they have no direct responsibility. In the unlikely event that you encounter any service issues please inform Screenclick, so that every opportunity is given to rectify any issues.
H. These terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
I. Your information:
1. An Post/Marketing Partners will not hold personal information about you in relation to this offer. All personal information you disclose will be disclosed to Screenclick.
2. Screenclick is careful to treat the privacy of its customers with care and due regard to the data protection laws of Ireland. Your personal data will be used to run this promotion and to issue direct mail promotions and special deal offers. Personal details of customers will not be passed on to any third parties.
