How does it work?

Express Post International offers a fast and reliable delivery service for less. Pick up an Express Post International barcode label at any Post Office. Attach the label to the front of your item and apply the appropriate postage. You can track the progress online and confirm its delivery* to 15 destinations internationally.

* Item will be confirmed as delivered to the address, but a signature will not be available.
        

Step by step

Pick up an Express Post International barcode label from your local Post Office, pay the appropriate postage and attach the label to the front of your item beside the address. You can send Letters*, Large Envelopes or Packets weighing up to a maximum of 2kg to the 15 listed international destinations.

* The minimum envelope size acceptable for items destined for the USA is C5. Please ask for a complimentry Easi Pak at the counter if your item is destined for the USA and is smaller than C5 in size.

After you post:

• Keep your reciept - it's your proof of postage
• Track your item online using the unique number on the receipt
• If you require evidence to whom the item was sent please ask for a Certificate of Posting at the time of Posting.

General Service Information

1. Delivery times for Express Post international are estimate only and not guaranteed.
2. Delivery times as quoted are in working days. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays.
3. Pick up a copy of our brochure "Looking for fast and reliable International Delivery Services?" at your local Post Office. Alternatively you may contact Customer Services 1850 57 58 59.
   
   
   

Compensation

1. Express Post International does not offer inclusive insurance cover. There is no compensation for loss, damage or delay.
2. Consequential loss: no compensation is paid, however it arises.
3. Contents: money, jewellery or valuables should not be sent using Express Post International. Customers wishing to post such items should use Registered Post. The Express Post International service is provided for under the Foreign Postal Regulations 2008 (as amended)
