By taking part you, your teacher, your principal and your school can win great prizes. 

  • By entering, teachers will go into a draw for a luxury weekend away for two to the value of €300.
  • Wildcard prize: Just by entering there is a chance for one class to win a literary workshop with a well-known Irish author.
  • Winners are chosen based on class participation
  • In Categories One, Two, Three and Four an overall national winner and three regional runners-up will be selected
  • A Special category award will be made to one overall winner at both primary and secondary level

Overall National Winners

  • Category One, Two, Three, Four and the Special Award winners will win a presentation at a national awards ceremony in Dublin's GPO and €500 for the school. 
  • Each Category winner will also receive a €50 One4all gift card for the winning pupil, their teacher and principal

Regional Runners-up

Three runners-up in each category will win: 

  • €100 cash prize for the school
  • €25 One4all gift card for the runner up pupil
  • €25 One4all gift card for their teacher
  • €25 One4all gift card for their school principal

The deadline for entries is Tuesday, March 19, 2019 so get posting!


  • Category one: Junior infants and senior infants
  • Category two: First class and second class
  • Category three: Third class and fourth class
  • Category four: Fifth class and sixth class
  • Special category: Special needs class entries and entries from students with a special need
