An Post and Literacy

This page explains how An Post partners up with NALA - the National Adult Literacy Agency to help people who have reading and writing difficulties.

There is also a video available to view showing the three literacy adverts made by An Post explaining what NALA is in clear and simple language.

This lesson plan activity can be used with Media Studies, Personal and Functional Writing.

Students are asked to analyse and create written materials, compose a creative piece of writing and write a letter to a local newspaper based on the GPO Museum and exhibition topics.
