01/07/2010 - Recently crowned Irish National Cycling Champion Matt Brammeier returns to action for the An Post team this weekend. Brammeier will be taking part in two single day races, the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad on Saturday, followed by the Dwars door het Hageland on Sunday.

28/06/2010 - An Post Sean Kelly team rider Matt Brammeier grabbed success for the squad when the 25 year old got the better of pre-race favourite and defending champion Nicolas Roche (Ag2r La Mondiale). He jumped clear of Roche inside the final 500 metres, showing his strength to hold off his breakaway companion and crossing the finish line several lengths clear.

The Sean Kelly outfit are fresh from a three week break from racing and team manager Kurt Bogaerts has named a seven man team to compete in the race. Included in the line up are Irishmen Ronan McLaughlin, Mark Cassidy and Matt Brammeier.

16/04/2010 - The An Post team’s star man Niko Eeckhout is facing a few weeks off the road after a scan yesterday showed that he had broken a rib. The 39 year old Belgian, who has been in great form for the Sean Kelly outfit, complained of a sharp pain in his back after yesterday’s Grand Prix de Denain in France.

14/04/2010 - Niko Eeckhout of the An Post Sean Kelly team was again heavily involved in the action at today’s De Brabantse Pijl in Belgium. The veteran sprinter, who recovered from a recent head injury to take part, was one of a six man group which broke away from the Peloton and at one stage had built up a healthy 8:30 lead over the mountainous course.

07/04/2010 - The An Post team are back in Belgium this week after a good showing in yesterday’s Rund um Köln in Germany. Four of the team, Mark Cassidy (28th), Ronan McLaughlin (38th), Benny De Schrooder (56th) and Kim Borry (61st), were involved in a 60 rider bunch sprint at the finish.

18/03/2010 - Niko Eeckhout & Pieter Ghyllebert were involved in a high speed crash 10km from the end of the Nokere Koerse (Bel. 1.1.). Pieter managed to recover and finish 12th. 21 year-old Belgian neo-pro Jens Keukeleire (Cofidis) was the overall winner in a hectic sprint finish, his third win of the season after just two months of racing as a professional.

26/01/2009 - The route has been announced for the 57th edition of the Rás, running from May 17th until May 24th this year. Some of cycling’s most exciting young riders will clash with experienced stage race competitors in a tough, tactically-demanding route unveiled by the organisers for the UCI 2.2-ranked event. It will be a serious test to endurance with three of those stages being longer than 175 kilometres.

20/01/2009 - The Sean Kelly team’s newest Irish member, David O'Loughlin, won a bronze medal for Ireland on the first day of the Beijing World Cup on Friday evening.O'Loughlin - who is balancing his track role with Ireland and his new position with the Sean Kelly team - stayed ahead throughout the medal race to secure the win by the narrowest of margins finishing less then two tenths of a second ahead of his Ukrainian rival, with both almost equal with 125metres remaining. The 30-year-old Mayo-man performed well and rode solidly in the morning qualifiers to finish third in a time of 4.27.56 and earn the chance to ride-off for the bronze in the evening finals.
