Disruption to International Mail Services

An Post has been notified by the Italian postal operator Poste Italiane and the Belgian postal operator bpost that a National strikes are due to take place and mail services may be disrupted.

A general strike is due to take place in Italy on December 12 and in Belgium on December 15.

This may cause some disruption to outbound mail to both Italy and Belgium. There may also be delays to mail items being dispatched from there.
