The perfect medium to get your sales message into Irish consumers' hands


Consumer perceptions

With estimates running from 200 to 2,000 advertising exposures per day it is reassuring to know that over four fifths of Irish Adults will interact with their Door Drops (83% will read/skim this material).

Even with ever increasing media choice 70% of Irish consumers still prefer receiving company information by post. In fact despite growing time pressures, the vast majority of Irish Adults (72%) put time aside to read their mail. So Door Drops are the perfect medium to get your sales message into Irish consumer’s hands.


So yes they read it, but do they care, will it make an impact?

Based upon our research the answer is yes. More Irish Adults (52%) believe that that Door Drops are good at informing them about Special Offers and Promotions, higher than Posters 41%, Magazines 51%, Online Ads 27%, Email 26% and Phone 22% .

They also trust them more than digital adverts, in fact almost twice as many Irish adults (45%) trust door drops, as Email 25% or Online Ads 26% . Even for the 18-35yr age group Door Drops are more impactful (likeability and interest) than Radio, Newspapers and TV .


And will leafleting deliver on your bottom line?

Finally when it comes to encouraging people to buy, Door Drops out performs most other mediums  encouraging 34% to purchase - twice as many as Email 16% and Phone 16%, as well as more than Online 18% and Posters 28%.
