Terms & Conditions for €200 Sunway Summer Holiday Voucher


1. In these terms and conditions:
“An Post” means An Post having its registered office at GPO, O’Connell Street Lower,
Dublin 1, D01 F5P2; “Sunway” means Sunway whose registered office is at Marina House, Clarence Street,
Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin, A96 RK31; “Marketing Partners” means Marketing Partners (Ireland) Limited whose registered office is at 18 Church Road, Ballybrack, County Dublin, A96 TP66; “BillPay” means the use of An Post’s bill payment service “Promotional Period “means 29th December 2015 to 31st January 2016 (inclusive) The Sunway promotion is an An Post customer reward promotion operated by Marketing Partners.

2. To be eligible to participate in the Sunway promotion, you must make two or more bill payment transactions at the same time, through BillPay between the 29th December 2015 to 31st January 2016 (inclusive) at participating An Post Post Offices. Bills paid cannot be to the same service provider. This promotion is also open to any Postmobile customer who conducts a Postmobile transaction during the Promotional Period. A Postmobile transaction is defined as credit top up, sim card purchase or handset purchase. Details of participating Post Offices are available from An Post’s website at anpost.ie/holidays.

3.  If You are an   eligible An Post customer you will be presented with a voucher (“Voucher”) entitling you to avail of €200 off per booking (minimum of two people per booking) on your Sunway Summer Sun Holiday to any of the following European destinations; Turkey - Bulgaria - Sicily - Sorrento - Lisbon Coast- Algarve - Fuerteventura - Lanzarote- Gran Canaria - Costa Del Sol – Majorca - Lake Garda - La Manga Resort – Menorca. The Voucher cannot be sold or exchanged and no cash alternative for the Voucher will be offered. This Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or promotion and cannot be used against flight only or as a deposit for a holiday. The Voucher can be redeemed once only between 29th December 2015 to 31st January 2016 for use between 1st May 2016 and 30th September 2016. The Voucher’s validity expires on March 31st 2016.

4. To avail of the Voucher offer you must contact Sunway on 01 2311867 before or on
March 31st 2016 or book at your local travel agent. Further details can be found on

5. A €100 per person deposit is applicable when booking your Sunway Summer Sun Holiday and is redeemed off the overall cost of the holiday. (Deposits for bookings are non-refundable). Laser, Visa or MasterCard are accepted for payment of bookings of Sunway Summer Sun Holidays.

6. Neither An Post, Marketing Partners or Sunway is liable for the replacement of any lost,
damaged or stolen Vouchers.

7. This promotion is subject to promotional availability. In the event that there are no bookings available, neither Marketing Partners nor An Post is liable or responsible for any and all loss, damage, expense or disappointment suffered by you due to such non availability.

8. Limitation on An Post’s Liability
By participating in the promotion you acknowledge that the contract for this promotion is between you and Marketing Partners Limited only and that An Post has no liability to you for loss, damage or expense suffered by you due to oversights or delays or failures in the provision of the promotion or breach of contract or negligence in relation to the promotion.

Limitation on Marketing Partners’ Liability
By participating in the promotion you agree that Marketing Partners accept no responsibility for loss, damage or disappointment suffered by you due to oversights or delays in processing payment or service issues for which they have no direct responsibility. In the unlikely event that you encounter any service issues please inform Sunway at 01 2311867 so that every opportunity is given to rectify any issues.

9. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

10. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

Terms & Conditions of An Post’s BillPay Promotion to Win 1 of 2 Luxury Holidays to the 5*Plus Princesa Yaiza Suite Resort in Lanzarote. By participating in this promotion you, the customer of An Post’s BillPay Services, agree to the terms and conditions below.

1. In these terms and conditions:

3. If you are eligible and request an entry form you will be provided with an Entry Form entitling you to enter the Win 1 of 2 Luxury Holidays to the 5*Plus Princesa Yaiza Suite Resort in Lanzarote.  To enter the competition entrants must fill out their personal details and answer the question on the Entry Form and post the Entry Form to Win 1 of 2 Luxury Holidays to the 5*Plus Princesa Yaiza Suite Resort in Lanzarote, Marketing Partners, 18 Church Road, Ballybrack, Co. 4. Only valid entries on official Entry Forms will be entered into the competition draw. Valid Entry Forms must have your name, email address, postal address, telephone number and correct answer to the question. Supply of inaccurate information will disqualify competition entrants from receiving any prize.

5. The competition is open to anyone 18 years of age and over except employees, directors, officers or agents of An Post or family members of such employees, directors, officers or agents.

6. The competition closes on the 5th of February 2016, Entry Forms received after this date will not be accepted. Persons may enter as often as they wish provided that each entry is on an official Entry Form.

7. Entry Forms which are incomplete or illegible will not be accepted. Entry Forms on which more than one person’s name appears will not be accepted.  No responsibility will be accepted and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of entries, whether the correspondence relates to claims of Entry Forms being lost or delayed in the course of transmission or otherwise.

8. Only one name is permitted on Entry Forms and winnings will be allocated to the person in whose name the entry was made. The winner may be asked to provide documentary proof of their name and address. The use of a false name or address by an entrant will disqualify them from winning.

9. An Post’s decision in relation to selection of the competition winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The winning entry will be drawn on the 9th of February 2016. The winner will be notified by phone on the 12th of February 2016. The winning prize will be issued by An Post Registered Post.  If the winner does not respond to Marketing Partners within 5 working days of being called by Marketing Partners, then the winner’s prize may be forfeited and Marketing Partners shall be entitled to select another winner.  If the winner rejects their prize, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Marketing Partners shall be entitled to select another winner.

11. There will be 2 winners of the competition selected at random from all of the valid Entry Forms received. The prize will include flights, transfers and accommodation at the 5*Plus Princesa Yaiza Suite Resort in Lanzarote for two adults and two children (maximum age of children 12 years old). The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative to holiday prize elements (either in part or whole), nor will alternative tickets or services be offered in respect of any element of the prize.

12. Travel insurance is not included in the prize package, it is the prize winner’s responsibility to purchase any travel insurance they may require before they travel.

13. The prize winner may nominate one adult and two children to travel with them and to avail of the prize. Any person under the age of 18 travelling as a nominated guest will only be permitted to travel if given permission from a parent or legal guardian. The prize winner and their nominated guests must have valid passports to travel and must satisfy any special visa requirements and medical vaccinations/other recommended medical requirements that may apply. The prize winner and their guests are solely responsible for completing all documentation (electronic or otherwise) required in advance of travel.

The prize winner must avail of the prize between 01st of May 2016 and 30th of June 2016 or between 1st September 2016 and 30th of September 2016. The prize winner must give 8 weeks’ notice to Marketing Partners for the dates they wish to travel on.  These tickets are subject to availability. An Post reserves the right to change prize details without notice and all prizes, including holiday travel dates, are subject to availability. Limitations and restrictions may be applied by An Post in respect of the dates available to the prize winner.

An Post is not responsible for changes made to the original time schedule of flights which can be changed due to changes in the airline schedules. Failure to attend for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates agreed and booked does not entitle the winner to an alternative holiday and the holiday prize will be deemed to have been forfeited.

14. In order to claim the prize, the winner will be required to sign any documentation as may be requested by An Post relating to acceptance of the competition prize, terms and conditions and including, but not limited to, waiver of liability release in favour of An Post and such other persons as may be determined by An Post. The individuals travelling as nominated guests of the winner will also be required to sign such documentation if requested by An Post in order to be permitted to travel.


15. An Post will not be responsible for any additional expenses which the winner incurs whilst on their trip, howsoever incurred and whether related directly or indirectly to use of the prize.  Hotel may require guests to leave a credit card imprint or pre-authorisation on checking in to guarantee any extra purchases during the stay in the hotel. They may in addition ask you to provide breakage /damage /security /behaviour deposit. These amounts are refunded locally if there is no damage, breakage or misbehaviour or justifiable reason to retain deposit. This is not an additional charge for the accommodation to the package and is a matter solely between the guests and the accommodation provider.

16. By entering the competition entrants are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions of the competition. Any breach of these terms & conditions, as determined exclusively by An Post will result in disqualification.

17. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activities and An Post reserves the right to publish the entry, name, photograph and value of prizes paid to the winner.

18. An Post reserves the right in their absolute discretion to disqualify any person from the competition, to add to, amend or waive any rule without prior notice to the entrant and, in the event of circumstances beyond its control, to cancel the competition at any stage.

19. Neither An Post, nor its affiliates are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to the competition, fraudulent, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to post/computer or any other malfunctions.

20. a) Limitation on An Post’s Liability
By participating in the promotion you acknowledge that the contract for this competition is between you and Marketing Partners only and that An Post has no liability to you for loss, damage or expense suffered by you due to oversights or delays or failures in the provision of the promotion or breach of contract or negligence in relation to the promotion.

b) Limitation on Marketing Partners’ Liability
By participating in the promotion you agree that Marketing Partners accept no responsibility and will not in any circumstances be responsible for any expense, distress, disappointment, loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity resulting from or attributable to the act or default of any company, firm or persons in connection with the carrying out of such arrangements or bookings or the conveyance of any client. Every booking is accepted subject to the conditions imposed by the air, hotel, insurance and other companies, firms or persons concerned with the excursion and any claim with respect to such matters must be made against the appropriate principal.

21. These terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

22. Your Information:
An Post is careful to treat the privacy of its customers with care and due regard to the laws of Ireland. The information, including personal data, contained on the completed entry form which you submit to enter the Competition will be used to run the promotion and to issue direct mail promotions and special offers by An Post and third parties. If you do not wish to receive such direct mail promotions please tick the box on your entry form.
